Software Architect

Job Summary

Bangalore (Hybrid) candidate must visit the office three days a week Experience: 13+ years Note: OMS & Retail domain Experience is mandatory We are looking for a Software Architect with 13+ years of experience to join our engineering team building high quality enterprise software for the retail industry.

Responsibilities include

• Define solution architecture, and detailed designs in implementing a solution to address project requirements.
• Guide team of consultants in developing detailed design, coding, testing, and deploying the solution.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis with customer business and technical stakeholders, and on-site teams.
• Provide timeline and resource estimates for development work.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with customer defined standards and technology best practices.
• Provide expertise and advice on technology selection, solution architecture, performance tuning throughout the lifecycle of an implementation working with a global services delivery team. Certifications :
• AWS
• Solutions Architect, Application Architect.
• GCP
• Cloud Architect, Cloud Database Engineer,. Cloud Developer.
• Azure
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Fundamentals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in the industry, with at least 2 years as an Architect or similar role designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Expertise in the Retail Order Management domain, having worked with multiple retail implementations of OMS or Promising/Sourcing Engine or Inventory Management System
• Good working knowledge of cloud friendly stack
• NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB), server-less applications (e.g. Spring, Lambda).
• Experience with deploying microservices based applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Go Lang, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g.
• Angular, React, Node.js)
• Knowledge of enterprise data formats and integration patterns
• REST, API Gateways, Pub/Sub, XML, JSON.
• Experience with data visualization and exploration frameworks like Kibana, Grafana, GraphQL, Solr.
• Experience with development tools including IDE, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle etc.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, JMeter, Selenium etc. Secondary Skills :
• Participate in daily scrum calls and provide status updates, address issues proactively, and timely reporting of risks to project managers.
• Good communication, an open attitude to accept ideas, and be a good team player.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrated attention to details, strong interpersonal skills with high quality organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams across geographies.
