Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud & Agent-force

Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud & Agent-force Location: Hyderabad / Vizag / Remote 4-5 Months Contract Shift Hours : 7-11 PM IST About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Data Cloud and Agent-force to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integrations, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Data Cloud and Agentforce modules. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in existing Salesforce environments. Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and data management.

Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend relevant improvements or upgrades. Support end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment assistance.

Required Skills

& Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant. Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) – data modeling, ingestion, unification, and segmentation. Hands-on experience with Agentforce and building AI-driven agent experiences. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.

Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.) Strong understanding of data management, security models, and governance principles within Salesforce. Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues. Salesforce Developer / Data Cloud certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations. Familiarity with Salesforce AI (Einstein) features and automation use cases. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
