Youth Worker - Back on Track by the Y (FT Contract)

Back on Track is a school perseverance program that offers support to high school students, who, for various reasons, have been suspended from school. The program works with students who have recurring or sporadic academic and social difficulties. Back on Track boasts a network of rich partnerships with local schools, school boards and other community partners.

Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor and in collaboration with the Ottawa Catholic School Board, the Youth Worker’s principal responsibility is ensuring the effective operation of the program, namely the accompaniment and support of students (12-17 years old) during their referral period.
