This role is primarily responsible for all content at Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium while supporting sales objectives aimed at increasing attendance, per cap, and revenue. We are currently looking for a: Story Land

  • Marketing Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and execute all social media efforts through various channels. Stay informed and up-to-date on current social trends and changes. Ensure all guest correspondence via social media and online reviews is reviewed and responded to promptly. Manage reviews and site content to ensure all guests are responded to and information remains accurate at all times. Create compelling content through photography, video and design. Promote and raise awareness of the attractions by building relationships with in-market tourism partners, which may include in-person outreach. Develop content calendars for CRM including email and social media posts. Responsible for keeping both websites updated and accurate while working closely with the park team and support center to optimize and improve performance and user experience. Create and implement online sweepstakes to drive engagement and database growth. Plan, promote and help execute annual events, such as Nostalgia Nights and Happy Hauntings. Assist in public relations efforts through press release and pitch writing, reaching out to media and planning news-worthy activations. Assist in the development and execution of yearly Marketing Plans. Assist in growing season passholder base and online sales through collaborative efforts and a strong understanding of the market and demographics. Participate in the MOD program in-season. Other duties as assigned by the marketing director, general manager or leadership team. Team member benefits: Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Sales, Advertising, Communications or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered. Public Relations experience helpful. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
