The Direct Support Professional servicing the Visalia/Hanford/Tulare Area acts as a key member of the I/DD Direct Support Team by providing direct support services and training to clients of Adjoin. The purpose of this role is to promote the dignity, safety, independence, choices, rights and responsibilities of Adjoin clients through the execution of the DSP job responsibilities. The DSP also exemplifies Adjoin’s vision and meet standards of quality, safety, satisfaction and goals of the client to optimize quality of life and independence.
