Job description
The PCA Team Leader/Scheduler serves as a mentor to the PCA staff, providing guidance and motivation and ensuring the quality of care to the residents. May perform duties specific to certain shifts in order to enhance performance of the PCA staff. The PCA Team Leader/Scheduler ensure staff scheduling and ensuring that shifts are adequately covered.
In addition, the PCA Team Leader role will include Personal Care Attendant's responsibilities in assisting residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents’ independence and freedom of choice.
