Respond When It Matters Most — Join Our Frontline Crisis Team Compass Health is seeking a qualified Crisis Outreach Clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Mt. Vernon. In this high-impact role, you’ll deliver critical, in-the-moment behavioral health services to individuals of all ages experiencing acute mental health crises. You’ll work across community settings—including homes, schools, shelters, and public spaces—bringing stability, compassion, and recovery-focused care when and where it’s needed most.
