** Your Impact: **

Set strategic direction for laboratory and kitchen operations and procedures

Coordinate with outside labs ensuring testing standards are met

Manage key processes including distillation, extraction, evaporation, formulating recipes, gummy filling/removal, maintaining equipment standards and safety.

Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members

Collaborate with leaders on timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards
