Job Description – Project Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Leading Contracting Company Projects: High-Rise Building, Riverton & Villa Projects Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villa projects in Dubai, with the ability to manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies to ensure timely completion. Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project delivery.
Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and technical submissions. Monitor project progress, quality standards, cost control, and resource allocation. Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, UAE regulations, safety, and quality requirements. Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project reports. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Oversee project documentation, approvals, variations, and handover processes. Ensure successful completion of projects within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and UAE regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
