Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow company social media accounts across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Develop and implement content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Monitor key performance metrics and adjust campaigns in real time to improve ROI and conversion rates Analyze audience engagement, campaign performance, and user behavior to inform strategic decisions Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing initiatives and conversion-focused creatives Required Skills Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing (0–5+ years) In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting campaign data and KPIs Creative flair for developing engaging content and compelling ad copy Proficiency in content scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.
