As a Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Nagpur, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving targets in the Nagpur region. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets in the Nagpur market. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team goals.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to generate leads and drive business. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. * Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales support.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. * Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry. * In-depth knowledge of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape in Nagpur.
