Internal Field Coordinator - SEIU Healthcare Michigan (Home Care Division)

The role of the Internal Field Coordinator will be to provide leadership, direction, and development to staff and members, and coordinate key initiatives within the internal organizing department. Under the direction of union leadership, the Internal Field Coordinator will lead and develop a team of internal organizers to conduct strategic and impactful campaigns and to establish effective member leader structures in order to engage new employees, defend contracts, and maintain clear communication with all members.

The Internal Field Coordinator will oversee multiple complex collective bargaining agreements and support the development of others to lead successful contract campaigns.
