This isn't a sit-on-the-sidelines HR role. As our next People Business Partner, you'll be embedded with leaders across Marketing, IT, Legal, and Finance — shaping how teams are built, coaching managers through the real (messy, human) challenges, and turning talent strategy into action instead of just talking about it.
You'll operate at both altitudes: strategic enough to influence org design and workforce planning, hands-on enough to actually get it done. If you like rolling up your sleeves, driving real decisions, and building things that last, you'll fit right in.
