岗位职责 / Duties:

1. 负责批量招商渠道的线索引入。Overall responsibility for online sales leads management.

2. 协同各个业务方，拓展线索来源的数量。Collaborate with various business units or external partners to expand the number of sales lead sources.

3. 与内部团队合作，通过技术手段或精细化运营手段提升批量线索的触达效率，以提升最终转化为有效线索的比例。Collaborate with internal teams to improve the reach efficiency of batch leads through technical means or refined operational methods, thereby increasing the proportion that ultimately converts into valid leads.

4. 通过各个专项，建设常态化触达和转化线索的流程，并不断优化提升其触达面和转化率。Through various special projects, establish a standardized process for reaching and converting leads, while continuously optimizing and improving their reach and conversion rates.
