Project Manager/Scrum Master - Retail Payment Systems, POS

Job Title: Project Manager – Retail Transactions (POS, Payments, Store Technology, PCI-DSS) Location: Mississauga, ON

• Hybrid Duration: 12 Months Role Summary Manage end-to-end delivery of retail transaction projects, including POS systems, payments, and store technology, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver Retail Transaction projects (POS, payments, store systems)
• Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors
• Oversee system integrations (POS, payment gateways, omni-channel platforms)
• Track project timelines, budget, risks, and issues
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and security standards
• Lead UAT, deployment, and store rollouts Required Experience & Skills
• On-time, on-budget project 5–10+ years of project management experience
• Experience in Retail, POS, or Payment systems
• Knowledge of transaction systems and integrations
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• PMP and/or Agile certification preferred KPIs
• On-time, on-budget project delivery
• System performance and transaction success
• Stakeholder satisfaction
