Reporting to the Vice-President, Group Legal Compliance & Complaints, the Regulatory Compliance and Complaints Coordinator is responsible for supporting and the coordination of the VP’s mandate, including the firm's compliance, complaints management, governance, and regulatory initiatives / projects across the organization.
