JOB OVERVIEW

  • Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
  • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Location: Mountain Home, AR
  • Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours
  • On-Call Shift Schedule: 8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year
  • Call Ratio: 1:3 call rotation FACILITY INFORMATION
  • Onsite Equipment: - 3 Ultrasound Machines
  • Non-Stress Test (NST)
  • Colposcope
  • OB Department: - 650-700 deliveries/year
  • Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians - 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff - 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage
  • Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Competitive base salary ($400,000+) plus production bonus opportunity

  • Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
  • Other Qualifications:
  • Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach
  • Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic
  • Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries
  • Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care
  • Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
