JOB OVERVIEW
- Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
- Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
- Location: Mountain Home, AR
- Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours
- On-Call Shift Schedule: 8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year
- Call Ratio: 1:3 call rotation FACILITY INFORMATION
- Onsite Equipment: - 3 Ultrasound Machines
- Non-Stress Test (NST)
- Colposcope
- OB Department: - 650-700 deliveries/year
- Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians - 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff - 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage
- Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary ($400,000+) plus production bonus opportunity
- Commencement bonus ($75,000)

- Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
- Other Qualifications:
- Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach
- Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic
- Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries
- Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call
- Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care
- Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
