Job description
The Biz Booth serves as an information hub for the Fanshawe Student Union (FSU) – a space where students can ask questions about the FSU’s services, events and resources, and receive support navigating campus life. The CSR provides exceptional customer service, ensures accurate information is shared, and knows when to seek support when needed.
This role includes oversight of the Games Room, including the on-campus pool room, and responsibilities such as processing payments and bookings, stocking and organizing supplies, basic inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The CSR may also provide support to the Student Services Department as required.
