Job description
The Senior Training and Development Specialist designs, develops, implements, facilitates, and continuously improves training and development programs that build employee capability and support business needs across Baylor Genetics. This role partners cross-functionally to administer learning systems, deliver engaging training experiences, maintain learning records, and provide reliable learning data, dashboards, reports, and metrics to support compliance, adoption, and development outcomes.
