Job Summary
The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all operational aspects of practical medical training programs. This role oversees the coordination of training activities, schedules, resources, and communication between mentors, instructors, and trainees. The Operations Specialist monitors training progress, resolves operational issues, maintains accurate records and reports, and supports the delivery of a high-quality learning experience while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and training objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of the practical training within our medical courses. * Follow up with mentors and instructors to ensure smooth course execution. * Monitor trainees' attendance, progress, and practical case completion. * Collect, review, and document mentors' feedback and trainees' evaluations.

Coordinate schedules for practical sessions and ensure all required materials are available. * Handle day-to-day operational issues during the course and ensure a high-quality learning experience. * Prepare operational reports and follow up on action plans.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Training Coordination, or a similar role. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Good command of English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
