Bilingual Financial Analyst Representative

As a Bilingual Credit Analyst Representative, you will: -Play a critical role in connecting customers to new services and protecting revenue losses.

Partnering with our U.S.-based sales teams -and occasionally with the end user directly-. -You’ll review customer credit files and existing account activity to make approval decisions for new service activations. -We’ll rely on your analysis to spot trends and make sound business decisions that protect the company and our customers from revenue losses associated with fraud and non-payment.

Requirements

• Native / Bilingual Proficiency- highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
• High school education (some college is a bonus). - 2 years of related experience – customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.
• Experience using a Windows-based PC. You will need to be available to work from our office in Toreo, Naucalpan for a 8-hour shift a day (40-hour weekly shift) during our hours of operation – Monday to Saturday, 7:00am-8:30pm. Your 8-hour shift is assigned to you by your manafer within the working hours window. In exchange, we offer:
