Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is based in United States . Our client is a forward-thinking organisation, operating confidentially, and is looking for a creative individual to design and shape unique, user-centred products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Salary: $75,002 - $190,000 USD per annum , dependent on experience. Responsibilities * Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. * Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. * Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. * Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organisation. * Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like. Qualifications * Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. * A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process. * Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. * Excellent visual design skills with a strong sensitivity to user-system interaction. * Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. * Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. * Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. * A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
