Mobile Maintenance Technician – Apartment Communities

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician II to join our team and provide maintenance support at Foster Plaza and Lassam Terrace Apartments.   Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance is required along with working knowledge of minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Compensation

$28.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, you'll receive an $80 monthly auto reimbursement and an $85 monthly phone reimbursement for this mobile position. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional income through our performance-based bonus program.
