Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement Functional Consultant

Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities. Configure and implement Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM modules based on business needs. Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and recommend industry best practices. Design functional solutions and prepare configuration and design documents. Perform system configuration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with third-party systems. Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution. Troubleshoot functional issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and report development. Develop and support BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.

Configure BPM workflows and approval processes. Train end users and prepare functional and user documentation.

Required Skills

& Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Applications. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle Fusion functionality. Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycle. Expertise in FIT-GAP analysis and functional solution design.

Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management), Workflow configuration, OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with Fast Formulas (for Oracle HCM projects). Knowledge of API and Web Services integrations. Experience with data migration tools such as FBDI and HDL. Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification (ERP, HCM, or SCM) is an advantage. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Strong consulting and client-facing skills. Ability to understand complex business requirements and provide effective Oracle solutions.
