Resource Navigator - Temporary

JFS is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Resource Navigator to join our Resource Navigation team and support individuals and families across San Diego County. In this role, you will use your case management, problem-solving, and client service skills to connect clients with critical community resources, provide financial assistance, and help address immediate needs while promoting long-term stability.

Working closely with the Resource Navigation Team and Aging & Resource Navigation department, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate complex systems, access essential services, and improve their overall well-being.
