YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGE

  • Own and drive the commercial go-to-market strategy for NEURA’s robotics solutions in collaboration with strategic partners
  • Develop scalable business models and market-ready commercialization strategies
  • Translate complex technical concepts into commercially viable and scalable products and solutions
  • Analyze win/loss patterns and derive data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance
  • Identify market opportunities and develop effective growth and monetization strategies
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to align commercial and product objectives
  • Act as the key interface between technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Support the Account Executive team in maximizing the value and success of partner-driven opportunities
  • Ensure that proven and market-ready solutions are successfully launched and scaled
  • Contribute to strengthening NEURA Robotics’ position as a leading global robotics company WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 7+ years of experience in Commercial Go-to-Market, Product Commercialization, Strategy, or related roles within technology-driven environments
  • Proven experience bringing complex technology products to market and driving commercial adoption
  • Strong business model analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial and sales strategies
  • Experience developing sales concepts, go-to-market frameworks, and commercialization plans
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a strong track record of turning market, customer, and competitive data into business insights
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business cases
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, commercial models, and revenue optimization
  • Ability to operate effectively across technical, product, and commercial teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach in fast-paced, high-growth environments
