Job description
Pro. Ampac, a global leader in flexible packaging is looking for a full-time Production Manager who is responsible for leading the activities of the production team to meet or exceed production schedules, quality, and cost objectives. Determines requirements for material, equipment, and manpower resources and makes decisions on the capability of producing jobs or meeting schedules within the constraints of those resources.
Partners with process and quality engineers to resolve quality issues and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
