金融機関向けクロスアセット・ソリューションの提供をするため以下の業務をサポートする役割を担っていただきます。 市場動向、プロダクト（クオンツ投資戦略、ストラクチャードファンド、デリバティブ、仕組債など）、および機関投資家のニーズに関する明確で体系的な見解を構築 ストラクチャリング、セールス、トレーディングなどの社内各専門チームと連携し、クライアント向け提案書やマーケティング資料の作成 日本語でのクライアント向けプレゼン資料・提案資料ピッチブックの作成 市場テーマ、規制動向、クライアントの行動分析を通じて、新たなビジネス機会の発掘 リサーチ、データ分析、アイデア創出を通して、チームのビジネス拡大への貢献

1. Support the delivery of cross asset solutions for financial institution clients

2. Develop and articulate clear, structured views on market trends, product capabilities (quantitative investment strategies, structured funds, derivatives, structured notes, etc.), and institutional needs

3. Collaborate with internal experts (including structuring, sales, trading) on client proposals and marketing materials

4. Prepare client-ready presentations, pitch materials, in Japanese

5. Assist in identifying new opportunities by analyzing market themes, regulatory changes, and client behavior

6. Contribute to the team’s business origination through research, analysis, and idea generation
