Top 50 Ford Dealership in the Nation 81-Bay Service Department 3,000+ Repair Orders Every Month 130+ Vehicles Serviced Daily Fair Round-Robin Dispatch System—No Favoritism Experienced Service Advisors Focused on Keeping Technicians Productive Family-Owned Dealership Proudly Serving New Mexico for Over 60 Years Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards Complete the Complaint, Cause, and Correction (3C) process accurately Perform diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivability systems Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors Perform road tests when necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all Ford, dealership, OSHA, and environmental safety standards Mentor apprentice technicians as assigned Qualifications Ford Certification required Previous Ford dealership experience preferred 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred ASE Certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience using Ford diagnostic equipment and service information Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Why Rich Ford?
