Support platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, and deployment activities. Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Backlog Grooming Retrospectives Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related incidents, defects, and performance issues.
