Job description
The Principal is a member of the site leadership team responsible for providing visionary leadership, instructional excellence, and operational oversight for Norris Academy's educational program. This position ensures compliance with all Tennessee Department of Education requirements, special education regulations, accreditation standards, and Rite of Passage policies while fostering a safe, supportive, and student-centered learning environment.
The Principal reports directly to the Program Director.
