Senior Specialist (Manager), Order Management Systems and Processes

The Senior Specialist, Order Management Systems leads the execution and continuous improvement of the order-to-cash (OTC) process and supporting platforms. This role is focused on order application platforms and business process efficiently from creation through billing — supporting patient access, improving user interface & customer experience, and protecting revenue integrity.

This role combines operational execution with system ownership, requiring strong analytical capability, SAP experience, and the ability to translate business needs into system-driven solutions. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Order Management Systems, this role partners cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, support and implement system enhancements, and maintain operational stability.
