Human Resources Policy and Employee Relations Specialist

The Policy & Employee Relations Specialist provides dual support to employee relations matters while also supporting the research, development, maintenance, and governance of key Human Resources policies. This role partners closely with multiple parties to ensure policies and practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local requirements, are operationally sound, and support consistent employee experience across the Organization.

The role also supports the employee relations function with investigations, performance management and other related tasks.
