Position: Senior Accounts Manager – IATA & BSP Operations Location: Kochi Department: Finance & Accounts Industry: Travel & Tourism Experience: 8–12 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Travel Industry Finance) Qualification: B.Com / Finance / Accounting. CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our Travel & Tourism business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in travel industry accounting, IATA BSP operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Oversee daily accounting and financial operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning. Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general accounting activities. Ensure financial accuracy and effective cost control.

IATA & BSP Operations Manage IATA BSP reconciliations, reporting, and settlements. Handle airline billing, ticket sales accounting, refunds, and remittances. Manage ADM/ACM disputes and airline settlements. Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, GDS providers, and travel partners. Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and BSP requirements.

Compliance & Audit Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. Coordinate tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions. Maintain proper financial records and documentation. Support internal and external audit processes. Reporting & Analysis Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analyses.

Monitor revenue, profitability, receivables, and cash flow. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. Team Management Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team. Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Ticketing, and Management teams.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IATA BSP operations and airline accounting. Experience in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance. Financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Zoho, Oracle, or other accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
