Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details: In-person, school-based role Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available Positions begin ASAP through June 2027 Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation Collaborate with school special education teams Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain) Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship Benefits (W-2 Employment): Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.
