What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain quarry equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical repairs
Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies
Assist with site housekeeping and safety compliance
Support team operations to meet production goals
What Are We Looking For
Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
Familiarity with heavy equipment or willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to following safety and operational procedures
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing tasks
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
