As a Leave of Absence Representative in our HR Service Center, you'll serve as a trusted resource for resolving complex and sensitive HR inquiries that require advanced research, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Acting as the primary escalation point within the HR Service Center, you'll partner with Benefits, Payroll, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, District HR, and HR Leadership to deliver timely, accurate, and employee-focused solutions.
Your expertise and commitment to service will play a critical role in strengthening HR operations, enhancing the Team Member experience, and building trust throughout Fleet Farm.
