The Civil Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing day-to-day civil maintenance activities within the facility. This includes structural maintenance, building repairs, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Civil Maintenance & Operations Project & Repair Management Vendor & Contractor Coordination Preventive Maintenance Safety, Compliance & Documentation Budgeting & Resource Management Requirements 3–7 years of experience in civil maintenance, building management, or facility operations. Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or institutional facilities preferred.

Technical Skills Knowledge of civil maintenance techniques and building materials. Understanding of waterproofing, structural repairs, and finishing works. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and FM software (CAFM) is preferred.
