- We are actively looking to hire a Branch Manager at our Sioux Falls Downtown location. The Branch Manager leads consumer and small business sales and coordinating the goal setting, tracking, and training associated with bank loan, deposit, cash management and e-Banking products. Ensures all bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed consistently within the branch. Ensures exceptional high quality customer service is maintained in the branch and that it is aligned with the bank’s core values. Can handle all levels of the retail operations to ensure the branch is adequately staffed and customer needs are met.
