Job description
This role is responsible for the management of maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of facilities and related systems in assigned corridor; participates in the analyses of highly complex and technical facilities maintenance issues, develops and implements effective and efficient solutions; provides for the proper staffing of all work; develops and manages the administration of contracts; ensures that services are delivered within time and budget constraints and in full compliance with ST, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
