We are currently working with a leading independent Corporate Finance advisory firm who are looking to add a Corporate Finance Associate to their growing Dublin team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active advisory business with exposure across M&A, debt advisory, fundraising and strategic corporate finance.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle, working directly with senior advisers, business owners and investors from day one. The role:
- Assisting on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Preparing financial models, valuations and business plans
- Supporting debt and equity fundraising mandates
- Conducting financial analysis, market research and due diligence
- Preparing client presentations, information memoranda and transaction documentation
- Working closely with senior stakeholders throughout live deal processes and negotiations The requirements:
- Recently qualified ACA, ideally from a Big 4 or leading mid-tier firm
- Exposure to Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deal Advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
