Director, Experience & Merchandising

The Director, Experience & Merchandising is a strategic role responsible for shaping the digital experience and merchandising strategy across Justrite Safety Group (JSG) ecommerce sites. They will lead a cross-functional team to deliver engaging, user-centered, and conversion-optimized digital properties that strengthen brand leadership, improve customer path-to-purchase, and drive revenue growth.
