Speech Language Pathologist (Academic Year) #61078885

Provides direct and indirect Speech therapy services as indicated on student IEP’s and monitors student progress. Evaluates students to determine need for Speech/Language services, completes written evaluation report, and develops IEP’s as appropriate. Writes progress reports and summaries of treatment for Medicaid and ensures all documentation is complete in a timely manner.

Attends IEP meetings as required.
