• Azure DevOps Role Description Financial Product & Core Banking Analysis
• Lead analysis and design of Temenos T24 financial products.
• Everyday banking (chequing, savings).
• Term deposits.
• Lending products (loans, lines of credit, mortgages).
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements aligned to T24 capabilities.
• Define product features including:
• Interest calculations and accruals.
• Fees and charge structures.
• Product lifecycle rules and behaviors. Temenos T24 & Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Configure and support T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA), including:
• Properties, conditions, rules, and accounting links.
• Design and configure:
• Demand accounts.
• Term deposits (maturity, renewal, rates).
• Lending products (payments, delinquency, arrears, collections).
• Exposure to syndicated lending is an asset. Accounting & Financial Controls
• Apply core banking accounting knowledge to design and validate T24 postings:
• Interest income/expense.
• Accruals and reversals.
• Support reconciliation activities and root cause analysis of breaks.
• Ensure solutions meet audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Business & Technical Analysis
• Lead end-to-end business requirements analysis.
• Assess technical impacts, dependencies, and risks.
• Document solutions using:
• Process flows.
• Sequence diagrams.
• Data models.
• Use understanding of object-oriented concepts to interpret system behavior and support technical validation. Data & Integration Analysis
• Write and validate SQL queries for analysis, issue resolution, and reconciliation.
• Understand integrations and data flows between T24 and external systems.
• Support interface and integration documentation. Backlog & Delivery Management
• Manage backlog in Azure DevOps:
• Epics.
• Features.
• User stories.
• Acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to refine, prioritize, and manage dependencies and risks. Testing & Change Support
• Support test strategy and test case development.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, defect triage, and resolution.
• Support change management, impact assessment, and release readiness.
• Assist with production incident analysis and resolution. Stakeholder Management
• Act as liaison between business, finance, operations, and technical teams.
• Communicate requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution across teams. Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Business, Systems, or Technical Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 and Arrangement Architecture (AA).
• Experience with deposits, lending, and retail banking products.
• Experience with interest, accruals, and accounting postings.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis capability.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to understand system behavior and work with technical teams. Ways of Working
