As a Maintenance Coordinator, you lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the community
• Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptly
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas
• Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards
• Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment
• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards
