Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team!

Responsibilities

Lead/develop office in Indianapolis Supervise staff working on preliminary/design engineering services Work with local agencies and private clients in Indiana Assist with business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings) Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering Master’s degree preferred 12+ years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs Supervisory experience Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
