We’re hiring a dependable and motivated Sheetmetal Helper I to support field operations by assisting mechanics with layout, assembly, and installation of sheet metal systems. This hands-on role involves handling tools and materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and anticipating the needs of the crew to ensure project efficiency.
Ideal candidates will bring 2–3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, OSHA 10 certification, and a willingness to learn and grow in a physically demanding, outdoor setting.
