What You'll Be Doing Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and other production equipment. Install, align, and replace mechanical components to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Utilize maintenance systems, work orders, and documentation to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and equipment reliability. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment drawings. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety requirements.
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
