Job description
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under general supervision, the Parts Clerk is responsible for ordering and maintaining all parts. The Parts Clerk should have the ability to effectively communicate with factory representatives, and parts offices across the organization to ensure parts fulfillment process is within assigned time frames.
The Parts Clerk shall keep all parts in good active status, stocked parts at accurate levels, and parts orders updated with proper notes while checking updates to ensure that timing of orders are within allowable range. The Parts Clerk will also be responsible for all stocked parts inventory levels and provide feedback on the inventory levels established while abiding by all safety guidelines.
