The shop manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Safaricom authorized dealer shops. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sale targets,supervising and managing stock.
Requirements
- Atleast 1-2years experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage. 2.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales target and grow market share. 3.Diploma or degree in business administration, sales and marketing.
